Our Thoughts Determine Our Feelings and Actions

How we think determines how we feel, and how we feel often determines our actions. By developing positive self-talk, we can conquer our negative feelings.

"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7)

The following are some affirmations that have been collected over the years. You can record on tape, listen, write down, read, or say out loud any of these on a daily basis.

  1. I am a clear channel for positive thinking.

  2. It is a wonderful day.

  3. All things that are part of the divine plan of my creation now come into my life.

  4. I am in communion with my higher power.

  5. I have all the inner peace and tranquility I need.

  6. I joyfully share my abundance with others.

  7. I have all the money I need to succeed.

  8. I am a child of God, filling a divinely appointed earthly mission.

  9. Abundance now flows into my life.

  10. I enjoy being a positive thinker.

  1. Nature is cleansing my body and mind, and I am assisting in the process.

  2. Healing and love flow through my body like a gentle breeze caressing my soul.

  3. The universe is backing me up in all my obligations and decisions.

  4. My mind and body are healing.

  5. I am peaceful and serene.

  6. My heart is open to joy and happiness.

  7. I have a sense of humor.

  8. I enjoy laughter.

  9. My blood is abundant with life's energy.

  10. I allow myself to experience the happiness and joys of life.

  2. Prosperity now comes into my life.

  3. I really like myself.

  4. I freely forgive all people and embrace them.

  5. I am calm, serene, and have peace of mind.

  6. All my thoughts are loving and happy.

  7. My body and spirit are in perfect alignment.

  8. My positive thoughts give me strength, happiness and peace.

  9. My life runs smoothly at all times.

  10. Help and support are always available to me when I need them.

  9. I enjoy a beautiful world.

  10. I am releasing all the anger and frustration in my life.

  8. I freely forgive everyone who has ever offended or harmed me, beginning right now.

  9. I see myself as a successful person.

  10. I enjoy helping other people as I succeed.

  8. My heart is open to joy and happiness.

  9. Each day I start fresh, at peace with the world, and at peace with myself.

  10. I love other people.

  11. I now forgive all people who need forgiving.

  12. I am an interesting, energetic, empathic person who is respected and admired.

  13. Each day is a wonderful opportunity to begin anew.

  14. Each morning is the start of a new day, a fresh new look at the world.

  15. I free myself of all blocked energy.
